12–18 seconds: Keep the correct records. Part 40 and your agency rules apply; employer responsibilities remain yours.
18–24 seconds: Standard integration is free for LTS DOT customers. Testing and service terms still apply.
Random testing takes a program.

12–18 seconds: The DER manages unannounced notification. Spread testing reasonably throughout the year.
